Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Nanno services across the UAE. By booking a Nanno service, you agree to the following.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. Prices shown are "starting from" — the final quote is confirmed before service delivery.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may be charged in full at our discretion.

Conduct

We ask clients and professionals to treat each other with respect. Nanno reserves the right to end any booking where safety or dignity is compromised.

Payments

Invoices are issued via WhatsApp and payable by bank transfer or card link.
